कितनी हैं वैकेंसी (how many vacancies)
पंजाब पुलिस भर्ती के मुताबिक, डिस्ट्रिक्ट कैडर में 970 कॉन्स्टेबल के पदों पर भर्ती है, इनमें से 317 पद महिला उम्मीदवारों के लिए आरक्षित हैं, आर्म्ड पुलिस कैडर में कॉन्स्टेबल के 776 पदों के लिए का चयन है, इनमें से 253 पद महिलाओं के लिए विज्ञापित हैं। इसी तरह 1746 पदों में से 570 वैकेंसी फीमेल के लिए रिजर्व घोषित हैं।

आयु सीमा (Age limit)
आयु 1 जनवरी 2024 को 18 वर्ष से कम तथा 28 वर्ष से अधिक नहीं चाहिए, पंजाब राज्य के आरक्षित वर्गों के लिए अधिकतम आयु सीमा में राज्य सरकार के नियमों के अनुसार छूट, जबकि अन्य राज्यों के आरक्षित वर्गों के अनारक्षित श्रेणी में आवेदन होगा।
